In the Sr Program Manager role, you will lead end-to-end execution of people initiatives, leverage data and emerging AI capabilities to inform decisions, and operate across a wide range of problem-solving scenarios from strategic to real-time. As Support evolves its workforce model creating new roles, redefining existing ones, and building capabilities at the intersection of human judgment and AI, you will design and drive the people initiatives that enable that transformation. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, thinks big, and drives change through metrics, experimentation, and a genuine curiosity for how AI can transform people processes. You earn trust, have strong ownership, and bring a track record of delivering results in complex, global organizations.
