This role is central to managing day-to-day talent assignments, logistics, and contract negotiations while driving the long-term strategy for talent recruitment, retention, and development. You will serve as the connective tissue between on-air talent, production teams, and business stakeholders — ensuring our broadcast talent is positioned for success across every platform. This is a high-visibility role that requires a strong operator who can balance the demands of multiple overlapping sports seasons while building trusted relationships with talent, agents, and league partners.
