Our Capacity Specialists are instrumental in orchestrating one of the world's largest and most sophisticated supply chain operations, ensuring seamless delivery experiences for millions of customers worldwide. As a Capacity Specialist, you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders across Amazon to optimize our Relay Carrier Supply Base within the Middle Mile Network (MMN). You will analyze critical performance and compliance metrics to ensure we maintain a high bar for quality in the network. Through data-driven insights and strategic relationship management, you'll develop and implement solutions using AI, improve network reliability, and drive operational excellence. You'll be at the forefront of innovation, helping us create more efficient, sustainable, and customer-focused supply chain solutions while optimizing costs and reducing environmental impact. ### Key job responsibilities This role focuses on maintaining day to day operations along with delivering specific long-term strategic programs within the Amazon Network.
