The role serves as the critical bridge between FC Operations and FBA Business teams, driving end-to-end operational excellence across Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Management. The position combines strategic program leadership — identifying systemic opportunities, designing cross-functional process improvements, and building business cases — with hands-on operational management, including daily performance monitoring, escalation management, and stakeholder coordination across Operations, S&OP, Program, Sales, Transportation, Network Losses, and Legal. The ideal candidate is both analytically rigorous and operationally resourceful, capable of translating data insights into tangible process changes that improve Seller Experience and operational efficiency at scale. A strong background in both FC Operations and Project/Program Management is essential — this role demands someone who can fluently navigate operational and business environments, speaking the language of FC floor realities and strategic business priorities with equal credibility. ### Key job responsibilities - Operations–Business Integration — Serve as the primary liaison between FC Operations and FBA Business teams (Program, Sales, S&OP), ensuring operational realities inform business decisions and business priorities translate into actionable operational plans. This requires the ability to navigate both environments seamlessly — translating FC floor-level constraints into business-language trade-offs, and business priorities into executable operational plans. - Process Improvement & Optimization — Map existing Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Management workflows; identify gaps, pain points, and efficiency opportunities; design and implement cross-team process improvements with measurable impact. - AI-Driven Process Innovation — Identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation tools to accelerate process improvements, enhance decision-making, and unlock operational efficiencies.
