The Amazon Enterprise Engineering team owns that infrastructure. We operate Amazon's Tier 1, AWS-based email platform at a scale few engineers ever encounter, delivering billions of messages and neutralizing billions of threats every single year. Partnering directly with AWS product teams, we are reimagining what email can be: smarter, faster, more secure, and fundamentally more human. This is not incremental improvement. This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to reshape how the world's largest teams work together. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager based in Arlington, Virginia, who can turn ambiguity into action and vision into shipped product. In this role, you will be the driving force behind some of Amazon's most consequential infrastructure programs, aligning engineering teams across organizational boundaries, accelerating delivery on initiatives that touch every Amazonian, and partnering with AWS product leaders to bring next-generation capabilities to life. Your work won't live in a roadmap. It will live in the tools millions of people rely on every single day. If you believe the best version of enterprise communication hasn't been built yet, and you want to be the one who builds it, we want to hear from you. ### Key job responsibilities As a Technical Program Manager on the Amazon Enterprise Engineering team, you will be at the center of Amazon's most critical infrastructure programs, driving delivery and making things happen at scale.
