This role requires the ability to complete complex tasks and projects with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require quick turnaround, and maintain a high level of professionalism when handling confidential information. The Executive Assistant will be a critical partner to the leadership team, enabling them to focus on the highest-priority work. You will work in a fast-paced environment where you will need to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a strong bias for action.
