We're looking for an experienced aviation maintenance professional who combines superb technical and analytical capabilities with a demonstrated ability to get the right things done quickly and effectively. We’re looking leaders who innovate and love solving hard problems! You will work hard, have fun, and of course, make history! As Prime Air's Director of Maintenance, you understand the functionality, business drivers, regulations, and technologies behind the continued airworthiness/operational maintenance program. You define standards of excellence and drive your team(s) to adopt best practices. You establish and regularly review safety, business, performance, and operational metrics. You prioritize efforts that improve overall safety, maintainability, and efficiency. You demonstrate frugality by prioritizing the right initiatives to achieve the greatest impact with the least amount of resources. You influence the team(s) to proactively identify gaps and opportunities (e.g., services, workflows, tooling) within or between regions, architectures, and organizations. You make sure risks are mitigated.
