Amazon seeks a Principal Finance Manager to partner with innovators, builders, and operators who think outside of the box and transform bold new ideas into high-impact strategic initiatives that redefine Amazon’s presence on the global stage. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, finance, and execution—and want to directly shape how a business scales a portfolio delivering outsized customer and business value—this role is for you. As Principal Finance Manager, you will operate independently and cross-functionally to drive financial strategy and deliver results in a fast-moving, start-up environment. Assignments will be ambiguous and demand a highly analytical, intellectually curious leader with sharp judgment who can evaluate situations through the lens of the customer, business owner, and financial investor. You must be strategic in vision, rigorous in analysis, and proven in managing competing priorities while influencing decisions through compelling financial narratives, data-driven recommendations, and creative alternatives.
