As the Productivity and AI Sr. PM you will lead the relationship and roadmap with offshore teams and be the MX owner of central tools to drive productivity. You will be responsible for leading and developing the strategy, resource planning and task assignments for the offshore resources, driving profitable growth, building new tools and processes to drive scale and automation. The best candidate will have a broad skill set, with demonstrated career progression and a proven track record of delivering results. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical acumen, superb business judgment, strategic negotiation skills, and a propensity to dive deep to solve complex problems. You will also have a passion for creating a world class shopping experience for our customers. You must understand the competitive and industry landscape and must have the leadership presence and communication skills to effectively work with external stakeholders at all levels of their organization.
