This role supports daily inventory planning execution for the Meat and Seafood categories, working directly with the Inventory Planning Manager to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent operational output. You will execute transactional inventory tasks, maintain reporting systems, monitor inventory positions, and flag issues for resolution, serving as the operational backbone that keeps daily planning running smoothly. This is a build-from-the-ground-up environment. You will help document and standardize processes as they are created, and your attention to detail and consistency will be critical as the team establishes repeatable planning capabilities.
