このポジションは、物流センターの工程設計と実装を担当していただきます。また、カイゼンを通じて安全性・品質・生産性の最大化を目指します。アマゾンの革新的なサービスに直接影響を与えることができるやりがいのあるポジションです。

Amazon Japan, striving to be "Earth's most customer-centric company," has relentlessly focused on enhancing customer convenience throughout its rapid growth. We are currently seeking Sr. Process Engineer for our External Fulfillment (EF) division, which plays a vital role in supporting our service. This position will be responsible for designing and implementing processes at our fulfillment centers. The role focuses on maximizing safety, quality, and productivity through continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.

This is an impactful position offering direct involvement in shaping Amazon's innovative services.

At Amazon, you'll work alongside the latest AI and GenAI tools that are increasingly woven into how teams operate: from AI-powered capabilities that accelerate decision-making, to Generative AI that helps you focus on work that truly matters. You'll have opportunities and resources to develop AI fluency at your own pace, with continuous learning built into the culture.

Key job responsibilities

-ビジネス要件に沿う最適なプロセスの設計（プロセスマップ作成）

-物流センター立ち上げに要する想定生産性の作成

-オペレーション効率化に向けたプロセス改善

-各サイトのCapacity （Storage /Cube）マネージメント

-Design optimal processes aligned with business requirements, including development of process maps.

-Develop productivity targets and throughput assumptions for fulfillment center launches.

-Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

-Manage site capacity planning, including storage and cube utilization.

30% 新規・既存物流センターのプロセスマップ作成

30％ ステークホルダーとの調整（設計チーム、3PLなど）

20% 各工程の生産性トラッキング

20％ 棚のシステム管理

30% Process map for New/Retrofit Fulfillment Centers

30% Stakeholder Coordination (Warehouse design team, 3PL partners, etc.)

20% Productivity tracking for each process

20% Shelf/storage system management
