Perform a thorough analysis of the system flow and assess the requirement by using the available tools and designing cases to understand the business requirements. Write Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, Product Specifications, and present functional walkthroughs to all relevant stakeholders. Interface with relevant divisions and departments to identify interactions with other applications and ensure functional compatibility. Good skills in creating sequence diagrams, UML, API specifications, ICDs, User-guides. Good skills in creating high-level functional solution designs. Experience in Agile is preferred. Actively participate with the development team and should be a team player. Interface across functions during functional specification, testing and initial implementation phases as necessary. Should be well versed in English verbal and written communication skills. Flexible adapting to changing project needs driven by the customers. Good to have: Prior experience working in the Travel domain in the capacity of a Business Analyst would be a plus. ### Common accountabilities - Has the required technical/functional knowledge and experience in own discipline. - Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Make recommendations on new solutions and propose improvements by analyzing different sources of information. - Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager.
