You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and collaborate with teams to ensure outstanding customer experiences — all while deepening your knowledge of the global travel ecosystem. In this role, you'll Provide support to customers via phone, chat, and online portals on a diverse range of queries. Investigate customer questions, propose solutions, and follow up to ensure timely resolution. Build a broad understanding of Amadeus products and services to provide informed assistance. Collaborate closely with colleagues and other support teams to address complex issues. Maintain clear, friendly, and professional communication with customers. Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and teamwork in a multilingual, dynamic environment. About the ideal candidate Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. Experience in customer service or helpdesk support roles. Background in the travel industry and familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS). Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills. Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and following through on commitments. Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn in an international environment. Fluent in English and Polish.
