Record and post travel-related transactions, including items not processed through the travel management system, maintaining accuracy and compliance with internal policies. Support adherence to local and regional financial and regulatory requirements through timely assessments. Create and manage payment proposals using SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing) based on the corporate payment calendar. Verify and post transactions in SAP related to business travel activities. Support account reconciliation and month-end closing tasks. Provide first-line assistance in ServiceNow for travelers’ inquiries related to reports, systems, or policy questions. Participate in testing improvements for travel management tools and help address inconsistencies. Collaborate closely with fellow team members in Finance and the Group Travel Management Team to ensure seamless end-to-end processes. ### Your Profile Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance (students in progress welcome). Experience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA) or other enterprise resource systems is an advantage. Good command of English (spoken and written). Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and effective communication skills.
