As the Continuous Improvement & Governance Associate Manager, you will play a critical role in advancing the Source-to-Pay (S2P) organization's operational excellence strategy. Partnering with teams across Accelerated Business Solutions (ABS), Technology, and business functions, you'll identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve governance, enhance user experiences, and implement scalable solutions that drive efficiency and value. You will handle a portfolio of strategic initiatives spanning process optimization, automation, technology enablement, artificial intelligence adoption, and business transformation. You'll have the opportunity to influence how work gets done across the organization while helping establish procedures and governance frameworks that support long-term success.
