## Job description

Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide The Industrialisation Manager is responsible for deploying industrialisation processes and standards at project level, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

The role supports tenders, CAPEX identification and Make or Buy analyses, contributing to cost optimization and industrial strategy execution. The Industrialisation Manager ensures consistency across industrial methods, tooling and industrial data, and manages the preparation of industrial documentation for new products, maintenance, renovation and modernization activities. The position drives industrial performance through KPI monitoring, Lean deployment and SQCD improvement actions, while ensuring compliance with Quality, Safety and EHS standards.

The role includes coordination of industrialization teams and the development of skills in line with project needs.

### Requirements

Engineering degree Previous experience in similar role
- Strong knowledge of industrialisation methods, Lean Manufacturing tools and industrial performance management Fluent in English
- Strong leadership and the ability to work effectively as part of a team Sound decision-making, with the capability to involve others when appropriate A logical and well-organized approach, combined with strong communication skills Curious and passionate Location: Sesto S.
