We're seeking an enthusiastic Communications Cadet to join our Dandenong team on a 12-month fixed-term contract! Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your communication expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative team members. You'll play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful internal and external communications for our exciting NGT project. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business and assist in creating engaging communication materials such as articles, videos, and social media content, and much more. We’ll look to you for: Helping create engaging communication materials, including articles, videos, presentations, and social media content. Assisting with maintaining communication plans and tracking project communication activities. Drafting and editing content for a range of communication channels. Assisting with photography, video production, and basic graphic design activities. Identifying and sharing stories that celebrate employee achievements, project milestones, and organisational culture. Supporting the organisation and execution of project milestone events. Providing general administrative support to the Communications team as required. All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
