Your Role, Your Impact Lead scalable financial strategies to optimize project performance and ensure sustainable growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering strong partnerships between finance, engineering, and operations. Establish robust financial controls to guarantee reliability and compliance across all project phases. Champion innovative financial models and digital tools to enhance forecasting and reporting. Promote knowledge sharing and mentor finance professionals, building a culture of continuous improvement. You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology. What You Bring Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of experience in project finance management, preferably within large-scale infrastructure or transportation sectors. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, SAP, and project management tools. Deep understanding of risk management, cost control, and contract negotiation. Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills. How Success Is Measured On-time delivery of financial milestones and achievement of strategic project goals. Effective collaboration and leadership across multidisciplinary teams. Reduction in financial defects, improved efficiency, and proactive troubleshooting.
