### Your Role, Your Impact
- Ensure scalable operations by monitoring and optimizing workflows across the center
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies and resolve challenges
- Maintain high reliability standards by overseeing incident response and system performance Champion innovation by implementing process improvements and leveraging new technologies
- Promote knowledge sharing and training to build team expertise and resilience You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring High school or GED required with previous relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, engineering, or related field preferred Minimum
- 2 years of experience in operations or supervisory roles
- Proficiency in operations center technologies, incident management systems, and data analytics
- Strong understanding of rail operations, safety protocols, and process optimization Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on team development How Success Is Measured Meeting delivery timelines and achieving strategic operational goals Fostering collaboration and effective team leadership Reducing defects, troubleshooting efficiently, and driving operational efficiency Alstom, A Great
