a mission We’re looking for a dedicated ATS & SCADA Lead Engineer in Istanbul ready to build smarter, safer rail systems for tomorrow. You'll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication. Your role, your impact Design, implement, and validate ATS and SCADA site data for modern railway projects. Collaborate with international teams to ensure robust integration and commissioning. Maintain configuration management and technical documentation for secure operations.

Support system testing and ensure high reliability across subsystems. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in system design and delivery. You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility. As a ATS & SCADA Lead Engineer, your insights will keep cities connected and passengers safe. What you bring Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Control and Automation Engineering. 4–7 years of experience in railway or industrial automation projects.

Practical knowledge of Python, SQL, and configuration management. Fluency in English and strong analytical and teamwork skills. Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new technologies. How success is measured Accuracy and reliability in ATS and SCADA data delivery. Effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Timely integration and commissioning milestones achieved.
