Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE). To learn more about the VIE program and the eligibility requirements, please, click here We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Professional to join our dynamic team in Berlin (or other sites within our Alstom network). This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact strategic initiatives and support the ongoing transformation of our Central Northern Europe (CNE) operations.

We’ll look to you for Support the transformation of the CNE region
- Analyze processes and realise improvement opportunities
- Contribute to change management activities (communication, stakeholder engagement)
- Prepare project plans, status reports and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.

Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: Interested and Initial experience in finance functions Affinity for digital tools and agile methods incl. Power BI skills Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn. Fluent in English; German is a plus.
