We’ll look to you for: - Manage and support the Project Management team, including task delegation, project allocation and supervision on ongoing projects - Lead construction board meetings and client meetings, ensuring effective communication and alignment of project objectives - Conduct regular project reviews, monitor performance, and prepare status reports for senior management - Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery - Manage and continuously improve project governance processes, actively contributing to product and process change initiatives - Ensure compliance with project management standards, policies, and best practices across all projects. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: Proven experience delivering or managing projects within the railway, rail infrastructure, rolling stock, or transportation sectors is highly desirable A minimum of 2 years of people management experience, including leading, coaching, and developing team members. Experience does not necessarily need to be within a Project Management environment Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications; experience with MS Project is considered an advantage Valid category B driving licence and willingness to travel as required Fluency in Polish is a must, English – min. B1 Strong leadership and people management skills Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic project environment Strong change management mindset and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
