Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows. Experience in product management, with a focus on building consumer app platforms. ### Preferred qualifications Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant technical or health field. Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, with strong technical, analytical, and collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance resources across teams, while ensuring milestones are met on time and with high quality. Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and drive alignment across various stakeholders (Product Managers, Researchers, Engineers, and Raters). Demonstrated success in solving ambiguous problems, challenging the status quo, and creating innovative, successful consumer-facing products. About the job At Google, we put our users first. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users. The Google Health team is building products and services that empower our consumers to live a longer, healthier life. We do this by building the best of Google’s technologies and foundational AI models into consumer experiences focused on health and wellness, which are intuitive, credible, actionable and deeply personal, helping users understand their health and support them in taking proactive actions to improve their long-term health.
