As a Deals Activation Specialist within the Deals and Creative Works, you will manage the lifecycle of strategic agency growth programs and Key Performance Indicator (KPI)-driven commercial agreements to drive revenue growth, strengthen agency partnerships, and ensure operational excellence. Being at the intersection of commercial strategy and governance, you will ensure that complex agency incentive programs are deployed seamlessly, monitored accurately, and executed in full compliance with Google's policies. Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more.
