Ability to influence and motivate partner teams in highly ambiguous and complex environments, without direct authority. Ability to tailor communications to inform and influence different stakeholders. As a member of the Trust and Safety (T&S) Compliance team, you will play a critical role in driving proactive compliance readiness efforts for some of the biggest priority regulations impacting Google and Trust and Safety in areas of artificial intelligence and content moderation. We are seeking an experienced compliance professional with a mission-driven passion for online safety and a proven track record of driving complex programs to completion. You will be a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and extensive experience in building robust compliance programs. At Google we work hard to earn our users’ trust every day. We partner with teams across Google to deliver bold solutions in abuse areas such as malware, spam and account hijacking. A team of Analysts, Policy Specialists, Engineers, and Program Managers, we work to reduce risk and fight abuse across all of Google’s products, protecting our users, advertisers, and publishers across the globe in over 40 languages.
