Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows. ### Preferred qualifications Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field. Experience managing multi-layered stakeholder networks and driving alignment across multiple product areas (PAs). Experience managing high-priority programs. Background in Trust and Safety, Identity, Security, Payments, or regulated global compliance spaces. Deep knowledge of telemetry ingestion, metrics infrastructure, and data warehousing strategies. Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams through complex infrastructure migrations without disrupting business-critical operations. About the job At Google, we put our users first. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users. Our mission is simple to state but exceptionally complex to execute: Enable Google and partners to easily provide compliant and appropriate experiences based on the user’s age and location. At LASSO (Location and Age Signals and Solutions), we solve the challenge of providing digital experiences that are safe, legal, and age-appropriate for users across different global locations and demographics. We build, optimize, and maintain the internal platforms that Google products like YouTube, Search, and Play rely on to understand user age and location. In a world where international laws are becoming more complex, our team ensures Google remains safe and trusted worldwide.
