Experience in architecting solutions that integrate models using agents with enterprise data sources using patterns like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Text-to-SQL, and semantic search. Experience with technical conversations, demos, prototyping, or workshops with customers. Experience with leadership (e.g., people management, team lead, mentorship, coaching). ### Preferred qualifications Experience influencing cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Partner), customers, and partners to impact business goals, customer experience, and customer expansion. Experience as a pre-sales manager or technical customer-facing people manager within a professional services or sales engineering team. Experience tailoring and delivering compelling messages by audiences, asking strategic questions, and leading conversations that accelerate value realization and business opportunity. Understanding of integration patterns using OpenAPI and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect agents with business systems and Application Programming Interface (API) Gateways. Knowledge of observability constructs including distributed tracing, logging, and audit logging for applications.
