You will be embedded directly in the engineering journeys of AIFF-backed startups and strategic partners as this role focuses on running systematic evaluations, unblocking complex Gemini integrations, and synthesizing deep technical feedback to drive core model improvements and hillclimbing. Your role requires exceptional technical depth, startup empathy, and the ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments.Labs is a group focused on incubating early-stage efforts in support of Google’s mission to organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful.
