## Job description

### Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust & Safety, policy, cybersecurity, business strategy, or related fields.

### Preferred qualifications

Experience working with international issues across multiple geographies, including child safety or online controversial content. Experience in driving operational efficiency and process management. Experience working with cross-functional partners (e.g., Engineering, Legal, Product) to drive execution or resolve crises. Strong communication skills to drive consensus across stakeholders. Able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing industry and tolerate ambiguity while seeking to minimize uncertainty through quantitative insights.

Strategic and analysis skills, including the ability to lead a team to frame problems, structure analyses, and drive to impact. About the job Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads.

On this team, you're a big-picture thinker and strategic team-player with a passion for doing what’s right. You work globally and cross-functionally with Google engineers and product managers to identify and fight abuse and fraud cases at Google speed - with urgency. And you take pride in knowing that every day you are working hard to promote trust in Google and ensuring the highest levels of user safety. As a Rapid Response Manager on the YouTube Trust and Safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our policies are enforced effectively end-to-end, including from the point of identification of possible violation, to removal and appeals.

You will work with cross-functional teams to provide YouTube’s response to emerging escalations. You will review graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive video content in line with YouTube’s Community Guidelines.
