The Software Engineering Internship program will give you an opportunity to work on complex computer science solutions, develop scalable, distributed software systems, and also collaborate on multitudes of smaller projects that have universal appeal. Our recruitment team will determine where you fit best based on your resume. As a Software Engineering Intern, you will work on a specific project critical to Google’s needs. ### Software Engineering Intern You will be a key player on a dynamic team, driving the development of AI-integrated software and high-performance applications. Your primary objective is to design, deploy, and maintain the end-to-end infrastructure that sustains our large-scale systems. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to Google’s core needs while evolving your technical expertise in a fast-paced, real-world environment. Google's software engineers develop the next-generation technologies that change how billions of users connect, explore, and interact with information and one another. Our products need to handle information at a massive scale, and extend well beyond web search. We're looking for engineers who bring fresh ideas from all areas, including information retrieval, distributed computing, large-scale system design, networking and data storage, security, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, UI design and mobile; the list goes on and is growing every day. We need our engineers to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems across the full-stack as we continue to push technology forward.
