info_outline About the job The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

The Global Business Strategy and Operations (GBS&O) team is responsible for providing insightful review, perspective, and direction on the strategy and operating performance of Google’s Global Business Organization (GBO). Our mission is to architect and accelerate the transformation of our Global Business Organization (GBO) and partners across Ads. The function comprises critical strategic and operational teams that accelerate Google’s performance.

The Strategy and Planning team provides insightful review, perspective, and direction on the strategy and operating performance of Google’s online advertising sales business. We are a central team that engages on and leads priority activities that impact multiple areas of Google’s business across a range of topics. In this role, you will be involved and responsible for shaping, managing, and executing projects or workstreams with our stakeholders, analyzing its results, and presenting the key insights to executive leaders.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
