## Job description

info_outline About the job In this high-impact role on the Google Health Search team, you will define the future of AI-generated health guidance, a top Alphabet priority. You will develop and own the core evaluation frameworks, metrics, and methodologies that ensure our AI-powered health answers are safe, helpful, and of the highest quality. Partnering closely with Product and Engineering leaders, you will influence strategy and roadmaps by translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations.

You will also apply and pioneer advanced statistical, machine learning, and large language model (LLM) techniques to solve novel challenges in the safety and helpfulness of health information. In Google Search, we're reimagining what it means to search for information – any way and anywhere. To do that, we need to solve complex engineering challenges and expand our infrastructure, while maintaining a universally accessible and useful experience that people around the world rely on.
