As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.

Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. As a Labor Planner in Supply Chain Planning Organization, you will be responsible for architecting the labor strategy for Third Party Data Centers in APAC. Your primary objective is to define the "Who, What, and When," ensuring that human capital is perfectly synchronized with physical infrastructure demands.

Synthesize long-term staffing requirements by analyzing complex demand pipelines and forecasts provided by upstream partners and govern labor requirements across the entire data center lifecycle. The AI and Infrastructure team is redefining what’s possible.
