## Job description

info_outline About the job As a Administrative Business Partner for the Cloud AI organization, you will be the strategic core of your team’s operations. You will provide proactive and comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including managing a complex global calendar, coordinating international and domestic travel, and planning business-critical meetings and events. Beyond core administrative tasks, you will be a trusted business partner, driving projects from initiation to completion, solving problems before they arise, and proposing strategic process and operational improvements that elevate the entire organization.

In this role, you will also lead and mentor the administrative community, overseeing staffing and morale while advocating our culture. Your strong business judgment, ability to manage through ambiguity, and exceptional communication skills will enable you to navigate a variety of functions, interact with a group of people, and establish a high level of trust with leaders and cross-functional partners. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
