## Job description

### Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles. Experience in YouTube video advertising.

### Preferred qualifications

Experience working with television or social planners/buyers, brand developers, and agencies. Project management experience, leading complex strategic and operational initiatives. Expert knowledge and experience in video solutions, including knowledge of the engaged landscape. Ability to present to executives and communicate with sales teams. Distinctive problem-solving and investigative skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and clear communication.

As a Video Lead on our Retail Specialist Team, you will lead video strategy and activation to deliver growth across the Retail sector.

You will drive accountability to the business by persistently uncovering business opportunities, developing industry go-to-market plays, and partnering with teams to grow our YouTube business across awareness, performance, and shopping solutions. You will need to anticipate how decisions are made, where our video products fit into a customer's business needs, and collaborate with our sales teams to drive growth.
