The team, also known as BizOps, operates like an internal consulting group working on a range of critical projects and issues. Google's leadership team hand-picks thorny business challenges, and members of Business Operations (BizOps) work in small teams to find solutions. These include shaping how we go to market with generative AI, defining and executing our strategy on company-wide priorities like transforming Google into the world’s first AI-native enterprise, developing monetization strategies across our consumer and B2B products, and exploring “moonshots” to find the next big idea. BizOps is at the forefront of Google's fast-moving strategic priorities, addressing operational challenges and enabling innovation. In this role, you will own the problem definition, run your own workstreams/analyses, and become the expert on key topics/data. You will persuasively communicate your recommendations to executives, and influence strategic decisions by building consensus and mobilizing towards execution. You will build lasting relationships with colleagues across Alphabet, enabling you to execute rapidly and cross-functionally. As a member of BizOps, you will also be a part of a tight-knit community with a focus on mentorship, learning, and development. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. ### US $126000 - $180000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits Learn more about benefits at Google. ## At a glance - Posted by the employer: Not stated - First seen by OpenNash: Oct 30, 2026 - Last checked: Oct 30, 2026 - Listed for: Under a day - Location: San Jose, CA, USA +1 more[Apply on Alphabet’s careers site →](https://www.google.com/about/careers/applications/jobs/results/97163791329829574-associate-business-operations-and-strategy) ## Hiring at Alphabet - Open jobs: 3,591 - New in the last 7 days: After two weekly collections - Tracked since: Aug 20, 2026 [All Alphabet jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/alphabet/) · [Weekly hiring report](/reports/hiring/) ## More jobs at Alphabet ### [Business Operations Principal, Core](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/alphabet/jobs/53e879c7410f18561bce/) San Jose, CA, USA +1 more ### [Agentic AI Software Engineering Manager, POps Engineering AI Foundation](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/alphabet/jobs/3d8561cbbc87d718e142/) San Jose, CA, USA +1 more ### [Senior Product Manager, AI Data and Systems Platform](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/alphabet/jobs/599544f37fe71907d5c1/) San Jose, CA, USA +1 more ### [Senior Product Manager, Cloud and Third Party Platform Security](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/alphabet/jobs/7bc2f4616428a7776f71/) San Jose, CA, USA +1 more ### [Software Engineer III, Device Driver, Platforms and Devices](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/alphabet/jobs/eae5c64e43cf8a63d533/) San Jose, CA, USA +1 more ## Similar jobs at other companies ### [Principal Operations Strategy Specialist (Trial Strategy Senior)](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/thermo-fisher-scientific/jobs/1273ef144363e125fec4/) Thermo Fisher Scientific · Remote, Alaska, United States of America ### [Business Data & Strategy Analyst](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/fastenal/jobs/cfda5063c2a10e564575/) Fastenal · Chicago, IL ### [Director Business Strategy](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/microsoft/jobs/44e77b0b4653cef7b370/) Microsoft · United States, Washington, Redmond ### [Business Development & Strategy Lead](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/lockheed-martin/jobs/307bfef9444338d19cc5/) Lockheed Martin · Littleton, CO, Huntsville, AL ### [Business Development & Strategy Lead (Analyst Stf)](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/lockheed-martin/jobs/ac4e26106c7ae175714a/) Lockheed Martin · Huntsville, AL OpenNash lists jobs from employers’ own careers sites and does not handle applications.
