## Job description

info_outline About the job The Strategy and Operations (S&O) team delivers strategic business insights, aligns cross-functional execution, and connects executive priorities to day-to-day operations. We partner closely with gTech, which provides customer-centric technical expertise, optimization, and troubleshooting to global advertisers and sales teams. Within this ecosystem, the gTech Ads Programs team specifically designs, implements, and governs the tiered service model for gTech Ads.

As a member of the gTech Ads Strategy and Operations (gSO) team, you will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define, launch, and drive critical strategic and operational initiatives. Working with vertical and central gSO teams, you will enable high-level business decision-making by structuring work plans and translating complex data into scalable operational solutions. In this role, you will lead regional and sector-level tier-sizing strategy for high-value Large Customer Sales (LCS) Platinum accounts, manage quarterly account swaps between LCS Platinum and Titanium tiers, and support tier upgrades for Google Customer Solutions (GCS) programs by evaluating incremental resource requirements.

Additionally, you will design, pilot, and test sophisticated go-to-market (GTM) strategies that account for regional LCS priorities, service utilization, and service value. Your ultimate goal will be to formalize successful pilots into globally consistent GTM strategies that drive operational excellence, improve serviceability, and protect Google’s most critical sales relationships.
