The Facilities Management team brings our spaces to life as you oversee the daily operations of our offices. As the Area lead, you will lead a team of talented electrical, cooling, and controls technicians, plant engineers, facility managers, and program managers who are responsible for the operational health and efficiency of Google’s data centers, the largest cloud computer in the world. You will need a combination of technical depth, management expertise, and leadership to develop, nurture, and guide multiple operations teams across a geographic area. You will have knowledge of leading through change, and demonstrated experience setting and delivering strategies in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
