Experience in supply chain risk assessment and supply chain resiliency. Experience defining system logic, data hierarchies, and automation requirements to transform manual workflows into scalable, repeatable weekly processes. ### Preferred qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience in supply chain planning, material management, or commodity management within the technology or AI hardware industry. Experience designing and implementing end-to-end planning architectures within ERP or advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP or proprietary tools). Experience defining system logic, data hierarchies, and automation requirements to transform manual workflows into scalable, repeatable planning engines. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. In this role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive manufacturing and execution strategies by integrating inputs across demand, capacity, material availability, financial budgets, and data center requirements. You will engage with key suppliers and commodity managers to ensure the timely availability of critical components.
