Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting. Experience with SQL and data visualization tools. About the job Financial Analysts ensure that Google makes sound financial decisions. As a Financial Analyst, your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. While working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to solve big picture challenges. In this role, you will support the Finance team for UK and Ireland (UKI) the largest market in our EMEA business. As a key analyst on the team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver strategic business insights and drive the execution and streamlining of our core financial processes. You will combine commercial astuteness with technical depth, and help us build the AI-enabled Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) of Global Business Organization (GBO) acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader to unlock sustainable growth. You will be responsible for navigating large, complex datasets to produce actionable insights, while ensuring the flawless execution and optimization of our core operational processes. This is a role for a professional who grows on structure, accuracy, and finding scalable solutions to ambiguous problems. The name Google came from "googol," a mathematical term for the number 1 followed by 100 zeros. And nobody at Google loves big numbers like the Finance team when providing in depth analysis on all manner of strategic decisions across Google products.
