Our team serves as the central hub for Google.org’s data, unifying global giving information into a source of truth to help leadership track and maximize the organization’s philanthropic impact. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner and internal consultant to Google.org leadership. You will leverage data analytics, research, and business acumen to shape philanthropic strategy, optimize resource allocation, and inform executive decision-making across our global pillars. You will act as a bridge between pillar leadership and technical teams, translating complex social impact challenges into analytical frameworks. You will generate data-driven hypotheses and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to deliver actionable insights. You will partner with analysts and researchers to ensure findings are both intellectually robust and operationally implementable, driving a culture of data-informed strategy. You will also critically evaluate and evolve our impact measurement frameworks against ecosystem benchmarks. Working closely with pillar leads and operations teams, you will translate strategic outlook into tangible changes in funding models, budget allocation, and operational capabilities.
