In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. One of the many reasons Google consistently brings innovative, world-changing products to market is because of the collaborative work we do in Product Management. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users. As a Senior Product Manager on the User Voice team, you will drive the goals, strategy, and execution for our core user-facing insights platform and conversational AI capabilities. You will own the holistic platform user experience, lead the roadmap for our conversational AI agent, advance AI-powered topic clustering and search, and unify legacy tools into a cohesive intelligence ecosystem. Beyond core features, you will own the platform extensibility framework and establish the standards, UI widget models, and developer governance that enable partner product teams to seamlessly build, integrate, and launch custom tools on top of our central platform to scale and iterate rapidly. You will partner closely with PMs, executive UX designers, engineering leaders, data scientists, and cross-functional executives to embed generative AI directly into product strategy across Google. In gTech Users and Products (gUP), our mission is to advocate for Google’s users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem. We achieve this by meeting partners and consumers where they are with support and help, representing their needs with our product partners and proposing fixes and features that elevate their engagement with Google's diverse product ecosystem. Additionally we provide a range of product services that ensure our products are optimized for every user, no matter where they are in the world (e.g., localization, digitization, partner integration and more).
