Experience in YouTube video advertising. ### Preferred qualifications Experience working with television or social planners/buyers, brand developers, and agencies. Experience managing a rigorous operational cadence around YouTube/Video revenue pacing and pipeline (including agreements and Upfront). Project management experience, leading complex strategic and operational initiatives. Expert knowledge and experience in video solutions, including knowledge of the engaged landscape. Passion for YouTube as a platform. Ability to present to executives and communicate with sales teams. As a Video Lead on our Retail Specialist Team, you will lead video strategy and activation to deliver growth across the Retail sector. You will drive accountability to the business by persistently uncovering business opportunities, developing industry go-to-market plays, and partnering with teams to grow our YouTube business across awareness, performance, and shopping solutions.
