## Job description

info_outline About the job Our team, GeminiApp, is on a mission to build a universal AI assistant that will empower billions of people. We are creating a personal, proactive, and powerful life assistant that will be used multiple times a day to increase productivity and creativity by 10 to 100-fold. Our work is shaping how humanity interacts with AI at scale. As a high-velocity, startup mindset organization, we are constantly shipping and iterating.

As the Senior Staff Technical Program Manager for Safety and Privacy, you will lead the cross-functional execution, alignment, and approach required for a product that is deeply trustworthy, compliant, and secure. This role requires a unique blend of deep technical understanding, regulatory awareness, and empathetic leadership. You will drive the effort to co-design safety mitigations directly with modeling teams, ensuring all features are responsible-by-design from the base model harness to the final App UI, while synthesizing safety, privacy, and security into a unified, multi-modal monitoring flywheel.
