## Job description

info_outline About the job The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures that Google's complex and ever-evolving ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting the go-to-market strategy and guiding flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with strong day-to-day operations, while also helping to evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas, as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. In this role, you will work in direct partnership with the Korea Country Manager, Korea Business Leadership team, and GCKR/APAC Go-To-Market leadership to drive strategic planning and operational execution.

You will lead a portfolio of central strategic initiatives critical to the future growth of Google’s business in Korea. Operating at the intersection of strategy and operations, you are responsible for distilling complex business inputs into concrete, executable strategic pillars, crafting high-stakes executive narratives for regional and global leadership forums, and accelerating cross-functional delivery. While anchored in Korea, you will actively collaborate across cross-functional stakeholders and GCKR/APAC GTM teams to align regional priorities.

You navigate organizational complexity, exercising judgment, and flexing seamlessly between high-level strategic design and deep operational execution.
