You will lead an ecosystem of outsourced service providers, technical consultants, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional infrastructure performance. You will be the single point of accountability for your programs, developing strong partnerships with suppliers to elevate day-to-day experience of building occupants; eliminate disruptions caused by infrastructure and support the delivery of a holistic workplace experience that empowers collaboration, productivity, and well-being for Googlers. Leveraging deep operational leadership experience, and a strong technical understanding you will drive core objectives focused on infrastructure reliability, efficiency, and AI integration. Specifically, driving an AI-native agenda to enhance infrastructure management; leading strategic supplier relationships; leveraging data-driven insights for performance management; and providing financial and creative leadership to ensure systems scale with Google's growth. The Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) team creates inspiring spaces and innovative services that bring Google’s culture and values to life. We build and maintain all aspects of what keeps our Googley workspaces operating seamlessly across multiple cities and regions globally.
