Experience in Human Resource (HR). Experience in resolving and troubleshooting complex or sensitive day-to-day user or customer needs, in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Experience delivering operational services or making service delivery improvements in a fast-paced environment with many interdependencies. Effective problem-solving, troubleshooting and analytics skills, with a strong operational mindset. The Googler Experience Operations (GXO) team is the backbone of HR operations, delivering exceptional experiences to our users. This team runs global operations and builds a framework to manage user queries and processes to a standard. As part of the Googler Experience Operations (GXO) team, you will be responsible for ensuring Googlers receive support for moments that matter at Google. You will be driven to make a difference, enjoy partnering with a wide and ever changing group of stakeholders, and grow in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment. You will have passion for Google and desire to strengthen the way Googlers experience their work and careers here, and drive Google’s overall business performance.
