Experience managing a digital presence on behalf of a brand, organization or public figure. ### Preferred qualifications MBA, Master's degree or other advanced degree. Experience in digital video production and distribution. Experience initiating and driving new initiatives in civics, media or brand development. Ability to field and prioritize incoming requests, manage escalations and bring issues to resolution. Excellent strategic consultation and analytical skills with a range of external stakeholders. Excellent political judgment and interest in working across political lines. About the job As a Strategic Partner Manager for Civics Content Partnerships, you will work to drive adoption of YouTube with government and political entities on the progressive side of the aisle, conveying the value of the platform to connect with constituents and voters. From working with principals and their staff on building a YouTube presence to supporting the development of our civics outreach strategy, you will be tasked with demonstrating YouTube’s value as a destination for civic engagement. You are an expert on creating successful digital brands and you are inspired by YouTube’s commitment to building a platform that contributes to an informed citizenry. You are a creative thinker and do-er, empowering partners to take their digital strategies to the next level.
