Experience partnering with VP and C-level cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, Design, Brand, Communications, and regional teams. Experience leading global, end-to-end go-to-market strategy and launches for flagship consumer technology products at multi billion user scale. ### Preferred qualifications Experience with the rapidly evolving generative AI landscape, enabling the strategic foresight to guide product innovation, anticipate market shifts, and foster a culture of continuous AI experimentation and adoption within the marketing organization. Experience connecting outbound brand and product marketing with in-product user journeys and growth mechanics to drive full-funnel adoption. Proven ability to coach senior leaders, elevate organizational talent, and align complex cross-functional organizations around shared business goals. Track record of translating complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling consumer positioning and category-defining product launches. As the Director of Product Marketing for the Gemini App, you will set the multi-year global product marketing vision and strategy for Google's AI assistant across mobile, web, and ecosystem integrations to build a product that helps everyone unlock their potential. You will lead a multi-layered product marketing organization and partner with executive leadership across Product, Engineering, Design, Brand, Growth, and Communications to shape the product roadmap, define category positioning, and lead global go-to-market execution that drives adoption and business growth. This role will sit directly in Mountain View with the Gemini product leadership team. Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two.
