That includes Channel Plans, best-practice playbooks and monetization education. Frontline teams such as Strategic Partner Managers (SPMs) and Partner Activation Managers (PAMs) use these materials, and they're increasingly delivered at scale through AI. You'll lead a global team of Content Strategists in YouTube's Scaled Comms & Escalations (SCE) organization. Your job is to bring partner-facing and user-facing content together, and to move the team to an AI-first, kernel-based way of producing content.
